minglecontrol is a state-of-the-art process technology software that makes production processes more efficient. Automation enables optimised machine utilisation by reducing waiting times. The software is prepared in app format and is intuitive to use. It allows users to control all processes via mobile devices in addition to a local PC. Logging ensures better traceability of all steps and forms the basis for future decisions.
minglecontrol is a product of DriveCon GmbH, an engineering office for electrical systems based in Dettelbach, Bavaria. With its expertise in PLC programming and plant visualisation, among other things, DriveCon recognised the industry's need and developed minglecontrol to automate plants and processes. Knowledge and many years of experience come together here, as the company was founded in 2001 and has been a strong partner for well-known companies in the industry ever since.
The structure of the minglecontrol process technology software is highly intuitive. Users typically find their way around quickly due to the app's flat hierarchy. minglecontrol is divided into three main areas:
1. Visualisation
2. Orders
3. Recipes
These areas are further divided into sub-segments. For "Orders", these are, for example, "Active" and "Completed". Recipes and visualisations, on the other hand, are categorised by category or by plant. This gives you a perfect overview of all relevant areas of your production at all times.
Data is always transmitted in encrypted form in minglecontrol, preventing unauthorised external access.
minglecontrol can be used in any industry where various components need to be precisely dosed, processed together or transferred. This means minglecontrol is ideally suited for:

Before we start the project together, we need some information to tailor minglecontrol to your needs. This includes a detailed task description and the desired scope of functions for the software. We use this information to develop a meaningful concept that meets both your requirements and the specified budget.
Commissioning and ongoing operation
Seamless operation works without major requirements because minglecontrol runs in a browser. All you need is a new version of Google Chrome. The actual computing power running in the background of the application is taken over by our central server system. For the client, 8 GB RAM and an average processor are completely sufficient.
minglecontrol is implemented in your daily business as quickly as possible, as all customer wishes and requirements are tested in advance through a full simulation. The software has thus been fully tested before the start of commissioning – almost like a dry run. This way, possible errors can be fixed before the implementation phase, reducing the commissioning time to a minimum.
We are happy to conduct an FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in advance at our factory, on-site with the customer or via an online meeting together with the customer. This provides the opportunity to consider the customer's optimisation suggestions before commissioning and optimise the recipe processes.
Whether individual steps or complete sequences, minglecontrol takes over the complex logging of your processes for you. Individually defined values are recorded, measurement curves are archived, or manual interventions are digitally noted. Logging is long-term and you can access the data at any time, so past processes can be ideally traced. The best part: This works both on-site and remotely.
minglecontrol simplifies the entire work process. The clear visualisation of all stages not only provides users with an overall view, including important key figures, but also allows detailed examination of individual plants. The "Orders" category gives operators a good overview of active and completed orders. Moreover, new orders can be added in just a few steps. In the Recipes area, users can make changes even without any programming knowledge thanks to the innovative recipe editor. minglecontrol is rounded off by the ability to create individual users. This enables the assignment of different user rights and restrictions in processing. The view for individual users can also be adjusted, ensuring the app's usability is always perfectly tailored to the operator's requirements.
After-sales and support
As an engineering office with around 30 employees, we are always willing to listen to our customers. Therefore, even after the project is completed, we are happy to provide advice and assistance and are a central point of contact for all your concerns. For all business-relevant areas, we offer additional on-call service through DriveCon, which you can secure with a maintenance contract. This ensures that a service technician addresses the issues within an agreed response time, provides expert support and restores the smooth operation of all processes.

This AES-256 encryption is currently the state of the art and unbreakable, ensuring that your data remains protected and does not fall into the hands of third parties.
Global use of minglecontrol
minglecontrol offers the option of multilingual switching. This means that you can make multiple languages available, which can then be selected by the respective user, allowing everyone to use the process engineering software in their preferred language. This not only enables international deployment but also simplifies collaboration among multinational teams.
In principle, minglecontrol is available in all common languages. If certain languages are not available or there are special requests, these can be added at any time. To do this, we work with certified translation agencies to deliver the best possible quality.
